the ff took a look at my blog and commented that its dead
and we both know the reasons, fragments that fall from you as you grow older
you fall in love, get a mate, and cant be bothered with blogging,
schools hectic and you just dont have the time to even breathe anymore,
and most obviously, you have grown out of this online anonymous ranting, you grow older and such redundancy is erased and you no longer have a need to broadcast your life, you realised its nothing much anyway, the same ol same ol. and whos reading anyway, the number of weblogs is burgeoning, and with everyone ranting, whos there to listen? and even if someone is reading, who is that, who are you?
strange really, the perceptions that changes as we grow older,
we may be wiser to the world, but i am not sure if thats the best thing, losing bits and pieces of things that used to revolve around you when you are younger.
ive been 20 for a grand total of 5 days, and i feel 30.
maybe when i truly turn 30, i wouldnt even feel anything anymore, none of the excitement of lighting candles and blowing them, happy that yay you have grown just that much, happy over everything and nothing much really to a grown person.
wiser, perhaps
happier, maybe
there are no fairytales cynical, a frowning yes
i am glad mom didnt tell me then
at least i grew up with cinderella and mermaids.
i still love fairytales, and maybe, the truly beautiful things, you never outgrow them.
